We can always count on you! We're looking for a multi-skilled Accounting Technician to join our Finance team. This versatile individual will work closely with various members of the accounting team, as well as with our hotel and restaurant teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Enter and monitor accounts receivable. * Carry out credit investigations, as well as collection follow-up and credit card disputes. * Manage hotel and restaurant bank reconciliations and validate various expense reports. * Maintain good relations and ensure good communication with hotel and restaurant teams. * Provide training and support in operational and accounting procedures. WHAT YOU WILL BRING * A college diploma in Hotel Management or Accounting and Management Techniques (or equivalent). * Experience in a similar position is an asset. * Knowledge of hotel software, such as Opera and Symphony, is an asset. * Advanced level of oral and written French and English, due to the nature of the tasks, work tools or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, suppliers and customers. What you’ll do

The Accounting Technician will manage accounts receivable, credit collections, and bank reconciliations for hotel and restaurant operations. They will also provide training and support on accounting procedures while maintaining strong communication with internal teams.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a college diploma in Hotel Management or Accounting and Management Techniques. Proficiency in both English and French is required, with experience in similar roles and hotel software considered an asset.
