Support a range of accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, accounts receivable, technical accounting documentation, and review of other team members’ work. Analyze large datasets, contribute to systems testing and data conversion, and help improve processes while collaborating with finance and operational stakeholders.

Oversee daily office and facilities operations, including landlord and vendor relationships, equipment, IT support, administrative services, and workplace activities. Manage accounts payable and reconciliations, support HR and payroll processes, maintain corporate records, and assist with audits and year-end preparation.

Manage payroll and audit activities for multiple Canadian clients, including payroll scheduling, processing, balancing, third-party remittances, year-end activities, and required filings and reports. Provide payroll and tax guidance, research client questions, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes, and maintain current payroll knowledge through ongoing training.
