The Payroll Manager oversees accurate payroll processing for a multi-location enterprise while ensuring compliance with government regulations and collective agreements. They also lead the payroll team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with the finance department on reporting and audits.

The Accountant will support financial reporting, month-end close processes, and government regulatory reporting within a multi-entity long-term care environment. They are also responsible for treasury activities, resident billing, and assisting with annual budgets and audits.
