Job summary

Vice President, Fund Accounting Services A leading global financial services organisation is hiring a Vice President to lead key institutional client relationships within its fund administration business. This is a senior client-facing leadership role for someone who combines strong fund accounting knowledge with the ability to manage complex relationships, coordinate global service teams and drive consistently high standards of delivery. You will oversee a portfolio of asset managers, endowments and single and multi-family offices across a range of traditional and alternative asset classes. The role Own and develop senior relationships across a portfolio of institutional clients Oversee fund accounting and administration deliverables, ensuring service levels and client expectations are met Act as the link between clients and global operations, technology and support teams Negotiate and manage service level agreements Monitor KPIs, risk logs, incidents and operational performance Lead escalations through to resolution with clear and proactive communication Conduct operational due diligence reviews and lead client site visits Support new business activity, including RFPs, presentations and client onboarding Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk and strengthen service delivery Review client profitability and support revenue growth across existing relationships Coach and develop Managers within the Client Services team Maintain accurate client reporting, commentary and relationship updates What we’re looking for 7+ years of experience within financial services, ideally fund administration, asset servicing or investment management Strong technical understanding of fund accounting, investment structures and multi-asset portfolios At least 2 years of formal people-management experience A strong track record of managing senior institutional client relationships Experience coordinating complex deliverables across operational and technology teams Commercial awareness, including client profitability, retention and relationship growth Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills A genuine interest in financial markets and alternative investments Why consider it?
