Serve as the primary contact for institutional clients and review fund reporting, reconciliations, accruals, allocations, fees, waterfalls, clawbacks, and financial statements. Coordinate with auditors and other stakeholders, manage team workloads and deadlines, coach junior accountants, and contribute to process and platform improvements.

Develop and enhance quality assurance and control frameworks, metrics, monitoring tools, workflows, and escalation protocols for private assets fund accounting operations. Lead root cause analysis, process improvements, and training while partnering with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to improve service delivery.
