Oversee client accounting engagements by reviewing financial reporting packages, statements, reconciliations, and filings, while supporting clients with cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial initiatives. Lead and develop accounting staff, coordinate with clients and external stakeholders, and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting procedures.

Oversee accounting engagements from planning through completion, including compilation and review work, tax compliance reviews, budgeting, and progress monitoring. Conduct tax research, liaise with the Canada Revenue Agency, maintain client relationships, coach junior staff, and help improve work processes.
