Regent Christian Academy is a private, co-educational, college preparatory, evangelical Christian school. Our student enrollment is approximately 550. Own the day-to-day accounting function, including cash flow forecasting, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, month- and year-end close, financial statements, and audit coordination. Oversee accounting operations and compliance, support budgeting and board reporting, and train and review finance staff.

Administer accurate and timely semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, including payroll records, benefits, deductions, tax remittances, and Records of Employment. Prepare payroll and year-end reports, reconcile PIER and T4s, monitor payroll expenses against budgets, and document procedures while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
