Build and own the manufacturing cost accounting function, including standard and full absorption costing, product cost structures, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and profitability reporting. Serve as the costing subject-matter expert for ERP implementation and partner with operational, engineering, supply chain, warehouse, and finance teams to improve cost visibility and performance.
