You will own the month-end close process across multiple entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Additionally, you will automate manual accounting tasks and support the quarterly investor reporting and annual audit cycles.

The Controller will design and operate the in-house fund accounting system, manage investor reporting, and oversee treasury and cash management functions. They will also lead financial planning, internal controls, tax compliance, and accounting for newly formed operating companies.

The Payroll and HR Assistant will support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR operations, including reconciling timesheets and maintaining personnel records. They will also assist with expense management, compliance tracking, and various HR projects to ensure operational efficiency.
