About This Team The Operations Accounting team plays a pivotal role in providing accurate and timely financial and management information to all necessary stakeholders. An integral part of the Operations Accounting group, you work with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy in the Operations Accounting and compliance with internal controls. We provide a tremendous opportunity to learn about many of operations within lululemon that impact our team by often working in cross-functional teams on a variety of projects. Core Responsibilities We are hiring two Junior Accountants, Operations Accounting. While both roles share a common foundation in operational accounting activities, each position will support a different area of the business, with a focus on either our European entities or US store depository accounts. In This Role, You Will Perform bank reconciliations for assigned accounts, including either European entity accounts or US store depository accounts. Prepare and analyze monthly journal entries, including credit card fees and other operational accounting transactions. Review and reconcile GL accounts, with a focus on cash and credit over/short balances. Support a designated area of the business through specialized responsibilities, which may include supporting the Franchise business with AR administrative tasks or resolving Store Gift Card requests. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects within Operations Accounting. Support ad hoc requests, projects, and analyses to meet evolving team and business needs. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant work experience and progress toward a CPA designation. Solid financial background and proficiency in Excel. Retail industry experience is considered an asset. Experience with Oracle EBS is an asset. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. The typical hiring range for this position is from $59,800–$78,500 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Strong organization, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive responsibilities are required, as is authorization to work in Canada.
