Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will manage payroll processing with precision, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Previous hands-on experience with Rippling software is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates must have direct experience using Rippling to manage payroll and/or HR functions. Experience using ADP payroll is a plus! You will leverage your expertise in Rippling software and payroll systems to maintain data integrity, support human resources functions, streamline payroll operations, and ensure compliance standards are met. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our valued employees. Duties/Skills Process payroll using systems such as ADP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees. Manage data entry tasks related to payroll transactions, benefits administration, and tax filings with meticulous attention to detail. Analyze overtime trends Support Operations in determining hiring needs, depending on time tracking evaluations Generate detailed reports for analysis of payroll costs, labor hours, and compliance audits. Regularly communicate with employees and promptly address their questions, concerns, and inquiries regarding payroll, pay discrepancies, deductions, and related matters. Collaborate with human resources to process new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefits enrollment. Demonstrated ability in data entry with high accuracy Excellent analysis skills to interpret payroll data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
