Nous recrutons actuellement un(e) comptable immobilier pour se joindre à une organisation reconnue située dans le secteur de LaSalle à Montréal. Il s'agit d'une excellente occasion pour une personne autonome et organisée qui possède une solide expérience en comptabilité immobilière et qui souhaite prendre en charge l'ensemble du cycle comptable lié à un portefeuille de propriétés. Vos responsabilités : - Saisir et maintenir les baux dans le système comptable - Gérer le cycle complet des comptes clients - Préparer et réviser les listes de loyers - Préparer les factures, notes de crédit et autres ajustements aux locataires - Enregistrer les dépôts et les sommes reçues - Calculer et appliquer les augmentations de loyer - Gérer le cycle complet des comptes fournisseurs - Traiter les factures et préparer les paiements aux fournisseurs - Communiquer avec les fournisseurs et résoudre les écarts - Préparer les conciliations bancaires - Participer à la fermeture de mois et préparer les rapports financiers mensuels - Effectuer les conciliations de cartes de crédit et traiter les rapports de dépenses - Participer à la préparation des dossiers de fin d'année - Collaborer avec les auditeurs externes et fournir la documentation requise Profil recherché : - Baccalauréat en comptabilité - Minimum de 5 années d'expérience en comptabilité - Expérience en comptabilité immobilière essentielle - Maitrise du français - Bonne maîtrise d'Excel, Word et Outlook - Expérience avec Yardi considérée comme un atout important - Autonomie, organisation et capacité d'adaptation - Excellent souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités Autre exigence linguistique : anglais - Niveau de maîtrise requis : avancé - Raisons justifiant cette exigence linguistique : communication avec les clients, collaboration au sein de l'équipe, soutien aux opérations dans une autre région, établissement de relations avec des partenaires ou des intervenants issus de cultures différentes - Fréquence d'utilisation : régulièrement (quelques fois par semaine) Avantages : - Assurance maladie et dentaire après 3 mois - Environnement immobilier stable et bien établi - Poste offrant une belle autonomie et la prise en charge du cycle comptable - Équipe professionnelle et collaborative Vous connaissez bien la comptabilité immobilière, les baux, les loyers, les comptes clients/fournisseurs et les fins de mois ? We are currently recruiting for a Property Accountant to join a well-established real estate organization located in the LaSalle area of Montreal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the full property accounting cycle and working in a stable, professional environment.
