Il collabore avec les différents départements et participe au projet commun de l’entreprise : la satisfaction des clients. Effectuer le cycle complet des comptes payables; Approuver et gérer les couvertures EDC; Effectuer la facturation selon les conditions établies avec les clients (siège social et succursales); Effectuer le cycle complet des comptes à recevoir; Participer au processus de fin de mois et de fin d’année; Vérifier et traiter les comptes de dépenses des employés; Effectuer la conciliation des comptes de banques et cartes de crédit. Vos connaissances et expériences DEP en comptabilité ou une combinaison d’expérience et de formation équivalente; Bilingue (français, anglais) tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (communications hors Québec); Excellentes compétences de communication; Discrétion et autonomie; Grand sens de l’organisation; Esprit d’équipe et de collaboration; 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire. He collaborates with the different departments and participates in the company's common project: customer satisfaction. Perform the complete accounts payable cycle; Approve and manage EDC coverages; Carry out invoicing according to the conditions established with customers (head office and branches); Perform the complete accounts receivable cycle; Participate in the end of month and end of year process; Verify and process employee expense accounts; Carry out the reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards; Your knowledge and experience DEP in accounting or a combination of equivalent experience and training; Bilingual (French, English) both orally and written (communications outside Quebec) Excellent communication skills; Discretion and autonomy; Great sense of organization; Team spirit and collaboration; 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Assets Experience in international sales (letter of credit); Proficiency in Spanish language.

What you’ll do

The Accounting Clerk manages operational accounting for all supplier and customer transactions, including the full accounts payable and receivable cycles. Responsibilities also include bank reconciliations, employee expense processing, and participating in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements

Candidates need a DEP in accounting or equivalent experience, with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in both French and English is required, while experience with international sales and Spanish language skills are considered assets.
