Account Receivable Specialist - Bilingual (English/French) Permanent Position – Onsite Monday – Friday – 8:30am – 5:00pm Located in Milton, ON Hourly pay ranges from $36.00 to $40.00 per hour Significant growth and earning potential! Our customer located in Milton, Ontario, is looking for Bilingual (English/French) Account Receivable Specialist who is fluent in both verbal and written forms, to join their team on a permanent basis. The Bilingual Account Receivable Specialist will help manage customer accounts, support timely payments and work with teams to ensure legendary service across a growing North American Company. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email. Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions. Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions. Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms. 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset. PERKS: Excellent hourly pay rate ranges from $36.00 – $40.00 per hour. Requirements
