Job Description We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant – Accounting with solid accounting knowledge to support our company's administrative and financial operations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to the Accounting Department. Prepare, review, and file administrative and accounting documents. Prepare and process supplier payments according to established payment schedules. Enter vendor and customer invoices into the accounting system. Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable activities. Perform basic bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and electronic filing systems. Collaborate with the accounting team in month-end closing activities. Qualifications Diploma in Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; English is considered an asset. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
