Job Title: Salesforce Functional Lead Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite) Duration-6 Months+
Essential for this role: Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud
The candidate needs strong Salesforce knowledge in order to be able to provide solutions and recommendations for that platform.
Must Have: 5+ years of experience working as a Functional Lead in Salesforce and 3+ years’ experience financial industry Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Engineering or related education Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions at scale in a highly regulated, enterprise scale environments Deep understanding of banking workflows, customer and product lifecycle and financial compliance Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services cloud and integration with core banking systems and data lakes
