WVP is backed by Tyree & D'Angelo Partners (TDP), a Chicago-based private equity investment firm that makes control ownership investments in, and partners with, lower middle market businesses with the goal of creating meaningful value for all involved.
We are expanding our team and seeking a Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role (2 days in-office per week) based in central Denver.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the doctor bonus calculation process which involves sensitive pay information for employees with complex pay structures. Participate in month-end processes, including analysis surrounding doctor compensation expense on the P&L. Partner with operational leaders to provide insight into business operations Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including operation leaders, hospital managers and doctors. Build expertise in interpreting Practice Management Software data Prepare and present ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field Two years of FP&A, corporate/strategic finance or investment banking Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills to support timely and accurate calculations and analysis in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to analyze large complex data sets to analyze doctor performance and identify trends The ability to communicate business strategies and complex financial information clearly and accurately to a variety of audiences Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel High degree of integrity in handling confidential information. Team player with a positive “can-do” attitude. This role is not open to receiving agency candidates and any contingent submissions will not be honored.
This is a good-faith estimate based on the role's requirements at the time of posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for bonus and incentive compensation, the terms of which will be provided at the time of offer. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and other benefits depending on role and location. A complete description of benefits available for this position will be provided during the hiring process. Where required under applicable law, Company provides eligible employees with paid sick leave, health emergency leave, and other legally mandated benefits programs, all in accordance with the requirements of applicable state and local law depending on the location of the practice you support.
Colorado Pay Range
$70,000—$80,000 USD
