Position: Yardi Business & Application Support Analyst / Consultant Location: Toronto Yorkville area - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Salary: Approximately $80-$100 per hour Job Type: 12-month Contract Posting Type: Open vacancy

Our client, an established organization in the real estate sector, is hiring a Yardi Business & Application Support Analyst / Consultant for a 12-month contract. This is a hands-on Yardi support role for someone who combines strong Yardi technical and functional expertise with solid accounting knowledge and enjoys troubleshooting, configuring, training users and improving business processes.

The organization recently completed a Yardi implementation, going live in July 2025, and is now focused on post-launch stabilization and ongoing improvements. The successful consultant will bring Yardi expertise in-house and become a key resource for application support, accounting processes and system administration.

What You'll Do:

• Provide day-to-day Yardi application support and resolve user tickets
• Troubleshoot system, configuration, workflow and accounting-related issues
• Configure workflows and support system enhancements
• Set up entities, properties, users, roles and permissions
• Manage and modify user access and security
• Support GL, accounting and financial reporting processes
• Validate, refresh and clean financial and operational data
• Assist with data loads and data-related troubleshooting
• Document Yardi configurations, accounting processes and support procedures
• Train new and existing users on Yardi functionality and processes
• Support post-implementation stabilization and future system improvements
• Help establish more efficient workflows and business processes
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, IT and internal business stakeholders

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience working directly with Yardi Voyager, ideally Voyager 7S or newer
• Strong Yardi technical and functional knowledge
• Experience with Yardi system administration and configuration
• Experience supporting Yardi implementations and post-go-live environments
• Experience developing SQL queries, reports, and data extracts for Finance, Audit, and operational teams while ensuring accuracy across modules.
• Experience supporting users with day-to-day inquiries, permissions, escalations, and navigation of the Yardi platform.
• Experience managing user access in Yardi, including new user setup, YardiOne dashboard configuration, Yardi User file maintenance, and regular access reviews to support internal controls and audit requirements.
• Experience maintaining documentation including process maps, support guides, configuration logs, and data rules.
• Strong accounting and financial systems knowledge
• Experience with workflows, users, roles, permissions and system setup
• Strong GL and financial reporting experience
• Hands-on troubleshooting and application support experience
• Experience with data validation, cleanup and data loads
• Strong user training and communication skills
