Role Description We are hiring a Web3 Capital Strategy Specialist to support capital strategy research, digital asset analysis, market intelligence, and funding-focused strategy work across Web3, blockchain, and token-based ecosystems. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Canada focused on Web3 capital strategy, digital asset markets, tokenized finance, crypto payments, and blockchain-enabled business solutions.
The Web3 Capital Strategy Specialist will research capital market trends, monitor digital asset activity, support funding strategy materials, and prepare insights across token platforms, smart contract ecosystems, crypto payment systems, Web3 infrastructure, decentralized finance, and blockchain-based business models. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in Web3 finance, digital assets, blockchain technology, capital strategy, token ecosystems, and financial innovation.
Responsibilities • Research Web3 capital strategy, digital asset markets, token platforms, blockchain payment systems, smart contract ecosystems, and decentralized finance • Monitor capital flows, funding activity, liquidity conditions, token performance, market sentiment, crypto payment trends, and Web3 investment developments • Support capital strategy, market research, funding readiness, investor positioning, token-based business analysis, and digital asset opportunity mapping • Prepare capital strategy reports, market intelligence updates, funding briefs, digital asset summaries, and Web3 finance research materials • Track developments across blockchain networks, tokenized finance platforms, crypto payment tools, DeFi protocols, smart contract platforms, and venture activity • Support analysis of token economics, transaction flows, payment infrastructure, capital allocation themes, market positioning, and blockchain-enabled financial models • Collaborate with team members on blockchain research, product strategy, payment workflows, capital-focused initiatives, and Web3 business solution projects • Maintain organized research files, funding trackers, market notes, token watchlists, capital strategy resources, and Web3 intelligence materials
Qualifications • Strong interest in Web3 capital strategy, digital assets, blockchain technology, tokenized finance, crypto payments, and smart contract ecosystems • Familiarity with crypto markets, capital strategy, blockchain networks, DeFi, token platforms, Web3 funding, or digital asset research • Understanding of capital flows, token economics, liquidity, market cycles, investor sentiment, payment systems, transaction flows, and Web3 business models • Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, TradingView, funding databases, or Web3 research platforms is a plus • Strong research, analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to explain Web3 capital trends, digital asset opportunities, token-based models, and blockchain payment insights clearly • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research and strategy priorities • Previous experience in crypto research, capital markets, fintech, digital asset analysis, blockchain research, payments, or Web3 projects is helpful
