. Your Role as a Debt Solutions Manage r:David Sklar & Associates Inc. is looking for a Debt Solutions Manager to support clients through the initial stages of the debt relief process. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in insolvency, consumer proposals, bankruptcy, financial services, or client-facing debt resolution work, and who is comfortable managing sensitive conversations with professionalism and car e.In this role, you will meet with individuals seeking debt solutions, gather and review financial information, explain available options, and support clients as they move through the intake and filing process. You will work closely with Licensed Insolvency Trustees, Administrators, Intake, Counselling, E-Filing, and other internal departments to ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and compassionate servic e.This position supports both our Brampton and Mississauga offices. The successful candidate must be able to work from and travel between both locations as required based on operational and client service need

Responsibiliti es:Meet with prospective clients to understand their debt and financial conce rnsExplain debt-relief options in clear, practical, and client-friendly langu ageGather and review required documents and financial informat ionPrepare client files for review, assessment, and sign -upMaintain accurate file notes, client updates, and task information in HubSpot, Ascend, and other internal syst emsFollow up with clients in a timely and professional man nerIdentify missing information, file issues, urgency, or escalation ne edsSupport clients with professionalism, empathy, and confidential

ity What we are looking for:Must have 1 to 3 years of insolvency experience and experience using Ascend soft wareExperience with consumer proposals and bankru ptcyStrong ability to communicate financial and legal concepts in simple, practical lang uageExcellent listening, questioning, and follow-up sk illsStrong attention to detail and documentation accu racyAbility to manage multiple client files, appointments, and follow-ups at the same timeComfort working with CRM or case-management systems; HubSpot and Ascend experi enceProfessional judgment and ability to escalate issues appropria telyCompassionate and calm communication style when working with clients in stressful situat ionsAbility to work independently while staying aligned with internal team expectat ionsAbility to work from and travel between the Brampton and Mississauga offices as requi
