Role Description The Change & Delivery Manager is a Toronto-based, hybrid, 1-year contract role with strong possibility of extension. You’ll be working closely with the USCM Program Lead to support the planning and execution of strategic change initiatives within operational Global Banking and Markets teams. Working in a true Agile environment, you’ll need to manage program delivery scope and timelines to ensure operational readiness for your stakeholders. The Change & Delivery Manager will analyze business processes, identify changes and opportunities, and develop change management plans that support adoption and minimize disruption. Day-to-day tasks include stakeholder engagement, developing operational readiness plans, and partnering with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives and drive change delivery.
Responsibilities & Duties Lead end-to-end change delivery activities across multiple concurrent initiatives and Agile release cycles, ensuring successful implementation, rollout, and business readiness. Conduct business impact assessments to identify operational, process, technology, and client impacts and develop appropriate mitigation and readiness plans. Develop and execute integrated change and delivery plans, coordinating activities across business, operations, product, and technology teams. Manage release implementation activities, including testing coordination, deployment readiness, rollout planning, and implementation support. Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables while proactively driving resolution and maintaining delivery timelines. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional working sessions to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful execution. Prepare and deliver status updates, dashboards, and leadership reporting related to project progress, implementation readiness, key risks, and business impacts. Collaborate closely with business, operations, and technology partners to ensure effective coordination and delivery of strategic change initiatives. Support continuous improvement efforts by incorporating lessons learned and feedback into future change and delivery activities.
Must-Have Qualifications Previous experience working in a highly Agile environment (several overlapping releases, quick turnaround) Experience in Cash Management/GTB or Capital Markets/GBM is highly valued 8+ years Change Management experience with a demonstrated ability to execute and deliver change initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Experience conducting impact assessments and implementation planning. Ability to manage multiple concurrent releases and changing priorities. Preferred Experience Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Cash Management, Treasury Management, or Corporate Banking experience. Cash Management product knowledge and/or implementation experience. Experience supporting product rollouts, commercialization initiatives, and operational readiness activities. Testing coordination experience. Experience working across Operations, Business, and Technology stakeholder groups.
