Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid - (Onsite 4-5 days per week) Pay Rate : $49.02/hr - $57.89/hr Contract Length: 12 months.

Responsibilities
Create and document content that meets our mobile standards (brief, consistent, clear) Work with other designers to research and identify the client and business need Create and evaluate potential solutions Create, test and translate the content Support their cross-functional partners: product managers, project managers, business analysts, developers and quality assurance teams while designing and building the solution
Must Have Skills
Demonstrated writing and editing skills Some experience with Figma Some experience in mobile-first and/or UX content Basic understanding of product design Some usage of AI as a tool
Nice To Have Skills
Has designed agentic experiences Has worked with large design teams and multiple stakeholders (Product/Business/Technical partners) Confluence, Jira experience Has worked on content strategy projects Basic, working knowledge of written French to spot translation issues
