Role Description This is a full-time Sales Representative/Broker role based in Oakville, ON. The role involves prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, and building a pipeline of buyers and sellers in the local market. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, listing presentations, and market analyses, as well as preparing offers, negotiating terms, and guiding clients through each step of the transaction. The Sales Representative/Broker will maintain accurate client records, coordinate with internal staff and external professionals (such as lawyers, inspectors, and mortgage advisors), and ensure all activities comply with regulatory and brokerage policies. The role also includes ongoing market research, attending training sessions, participating in office meetings, and actively promoting listings and services through in-person networking and digital channels. Qualifications Valid Ontario real estate license (salesperson or broker) and good standing with the applicable real estate board. Strong client service, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues. Solid sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a focus on ethical practices and long-term client satisfaction. Comfort with local market analysis, pricing strategies, and use of MLS and other real estate platforms. Ability to manage multiple listings and client files, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized, accurate documentation. Proficiency with common office software and digital tools, including email, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and interested in ongoing professional development and training. Reliable transportation and readiness to travel locally for showings, appointments, and community events.
