About the role
Location: Toronto, ON Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days in the office) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced OFSAA Developer with strong Oracle and PeopleSoft experience to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will develop, configure, and support Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) while working closely with business and technical teams to deliver financial and risk analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and support OFSAA solutions and modules. Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries, procedures, and database performance. Integrate OFSAA with upstream and downstream systems, including PeopleSoft. Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Support data mapping, ETL processes, and data reconciliation. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions. Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, and QA teams. Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience as an OFSAA Developer. Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL. Experience working with PeopleSoft (Financials and/or HR modules preferred). Experience with data integration, data models, and financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in banking or financial services. Knowledge of regulatory reporting or risk management systems. Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments. Experience working in Agile teams.
