Location: Etobicoke, Ontario Status: 2 Full-time Permanent Current Vacancies Salary Range: The annual salary for this position ranges from $42,250 - $51,750. Exact compensation may vary based on qualification, experience, and education Hybrid: Please note: This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement consisting of both in-office and remote work. We are looking for two (2) Recovery Representatives to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

As a Recovery Representative I, you will play a key role in managing the recovery and disposition of financed assets while delivering a positive experience for clients and customers. This position combines customer service, file management, and supplier coordination, requiring strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail. Working with internal teams, customers, and external partners, you'll help navigate recovery solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable processes, policies, and provincial regulations.

What you’ll do: Manage recovery files to ensure obligations, timelines, and service standards are met. Coordinate with external partners, including bailiffs, auctions, towing companies, and skip tracers, to support the repossession, transport, and liquidation of assets. Respond to customer and client inquiries, including voluntary surrenders, redemptions, and recovery-related requests. Review and authorize recovery-related supplier invoices and expenses within established limits. Apply recovery procedures, policies, and applicable legislative requirements to assigned files. Maintain accurate file documentation and perform quality control activities to ensure compliance and consistency. Support departmental and administrative activities while escalating complex issues as required. Other administrative duties, as required

Knowledge & Qualifications: Post-secondary education in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in customer service, collections, financial services, administration, asset recovery, or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette. Demonstrated ability to interpret information, apply procedures, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
