The Opportunity The Scores Credit Bureau Alliances team establishes the strategic direction and executes the managerial priorities for FICO’s Scores Unit partnerships with the major credit bureaus worldwide. The team focuses on business development, relationship management, and associated servicing duties to maximize the revenue potential of these critical score distribution and data provision partners. The team also coordinates and manages the numerous required operational activities performed with the credit bureaus to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our mutual clients. What You’ll Contribute Act as the point person for working effectively with bureau partners – know who to call and how to navigate with bureau organization and personnel. Lead and execute the strategic direction and partnerships with credit bureaus in Canada to achieve FICO’s strategic and revenue objectives. Meet regularly with bureau partners to establish strategy, develop action plans to accomplish joint objectives, identify/resolve issues, and engage the wider business to take timely and effective action to resolve them. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with bureau partners and FICO stakeholders to identify, develop, and oversee the redevelopment of existing products, as well as new product rollouts and growth opportunities. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities (e.g., data requests, scoring software updates, risk-based pricing materials, etc.) with bureau partners to ensure a high level of satisfaction for our mutual clients, as well as manage special projects, use cases, and special pricing requests. Work with Scoring Operations to ensure processes are set up for program tracking. Collaborate with executive leaders, as well as internal/external stakeholders across divisions including teams in Sales, Product, and Analytic Science. Monitor Bureau Contracts (working with FICO legal) to track contract term dates, termination and/or renewal dates, and notification timeframes; provide coordination and management of contract renewals and amendment processes. What We’re Seeking Prior experience working directly with credit bureaus and credit scoring (Highly Preferred), with FICO product knowledge a plus. Direct experience and achievements working in one or more of the following roles: partner relationship management, client relationship management, or external project management. Ability to work as an individual contributor and trusted advisor across stakeholders (e.g., Analytic Science, Sales, Client Success, Product), supporting various strategic efforts, contract negotiations/administration, product implementation, and project management. Experience with commercial distribution relationships (Highly Preferred). Demonstrated experience ensuring executive level engagement and navigating partner organizations’ structure, influencers, and decision-making processes. Awareness of Canadian compliance and regulations, including OSFI regulations (Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions) and provincial laws and regulations related to the use of credit data and consumer lending. Excellent communication skills, capable of promoting collaboration across broad internal and external stakeholder universe across all levels of an organization. Creative thinker, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively, and deliver forward-thinking, out of the box solutions in highly dynamic environments. Ability to work remotely + travel for client meetings in the Toronto area (occasional travel to the US and other countries for offsite meetings).
