With an established reputation in executive leadership, organizational transformation, and strategic advisory, MARKIBLAK is expanding its leadership team through the appointment of a Founding Managing Partner, Organizational Transformation (OT). This appointment represents an opportunity to lead engagements that influence executive decision-making and organizational performance.

The Opportunity: Reporting to the Founder & Chief Executive Officer, the Founding Managing Partner will establish and lead the firm's Organizational Transformation Practice. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing strategic counsel and leading complex transformation initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, improve performance, and enable sustainable growth.

In addition to leading client engagements, the Managing Partner, OT, will contribute to the development of the firm's advisory methodologies, intellectual capital, and market presence. As a member of the firm's leadership team, the successful candidate will play an active role in shaping the evolution and long-term direction of the practice.

Key Responsibilities The Founding Managing Partner will: Lead enterprise-wide organizational transformation engagements. Advise founders, CEOs, executive teams, and boards on strategic organizational challenges. Design and oversee transformation strategies aligned with business objectives. Facilitate executive alignment and strategic planning processes. Guide organizational design, operating model evolution, governance, and change initiatives. Build enduring trusted advisor relationships with senior decision-makers. Contribute to the continued development of MARKIBLAK's advisory frameworks, intellectual property, and thought leadership. Represent the firm through executive forums, strategic relationships, and selected speaking engagements.

Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be an accomplished executive with significant experience leading complex organizational transformation within corporate, public sector, consulting, or professional services environments. Candidates will demonstrate: A distinguished record of executive leadership or partner-level advisory experience. Deep expertise in organizational transformation, business change, and enterprise strategy execution. Credibility advising C-suite executives, founders, executive committees, and boards. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through sound judgement, strategic insight, and executive presence. A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to excellence and client impact. Experience building trusted executive relationships across multiple industries or sectors. Experience within a leading management consulting, executive advisory, or professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential. Experience in sectors such as professional services, financial services, technology, healthcare, government, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other complex organizations is highly valued.
