What They Offer
Compensation
Base salary of $55,000–$75,000, plus commissions and bonus opportunities with total earning potential of $75,000–$120,000+

What You’ll Do
Financial Planning & Advice Conduct client discovery and financial review meetings Help clients identify financial goals and priorities Recommend appropriate wealth, life insurance, retirement, and financial protection solutions Assist clients with retirement and investment planning Prepare recommendations and financial presentations Maintain accurate, compliant client documentation
Relationship Management Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients Provide exceptional client service through proactive communication and regular reviews Conduct annual reviews and follow-up meetings Collaborate with specialists and team members to deliver comprehensive financial solutions Deliver a consistently positive client experience
Business Development Develop your own portfolio through referrals, networking, and community involvement Build relationships with centres of influence Support agency marketing and growth initiatives Identify opportunities to provide additional value and advice Contribute to the continued growth and success of the agency
What You Bring
2–3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, insurance, investments, mortgage lending, relationship management, or business development Mutual Funds Licence (required) Strong relationship-building and communication skills Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Strong organizational skills and attention to detail College diploma, university degree, or equivalent professional experience Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation Ability to obtain additional licensing as required Successful completion of criminal background and credit checks
Preferred Qualifications
LLQP Licence CFP, CLU, CHS, PFA, or related financial planning designation Experience providing financial planning, investment, or insurance advice
