PAG Direct is looking for a full-time Deal Clerk/Assistant Controller to join our team! This position is a tremendous opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable experience in our exciting and fast paced world of retail automotive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post vehicle deals
• Sales Commission calculation, distribution, and reconciliation 
• Month end assistance to Controller
• Produce miscellaneous reports as required
• Assistance in year-end audit preparation
• Reconcile schedules related to vehicle deals
• Assist updating internal ROs when needed
• Process monthly remittance for deal related products

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of general accounting is preferred, one year as deal posting
• Retail Automotive & Dealership experience a must
  • Specifically, Toyota experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an asset
• Working towards a designation is welcomed
• Must be detail-oriented, accurate & organized
• Ability to communicate well both verbally & written
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience required and Tekion software experience preferred

Work Schedule:

• In-Office Monday to Friday: 8-hour work days with flexible start times between 7:30am to 9:00am

Compensation:

• Base salary of $50,000 to $70,000 annually
