Job Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Control Officer to support a growing Technology & Operations team focused on business transformation, reporting, and operational excellence. This role combines business analysis, project coordination, reporting, and data analytics to help drive strategic initiatives and improve decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering business requirements, managing project tracking activities, developing dashboards and reports, and working with stakeholders in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards. Convert raw data into actionable insights using reporting and visualization tools. Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality analysis. Track multiple projects and initiatives, providing weekly updates and executive summaries. Monitor project performance and identify potential risks or issues. Develop reporting specifications based on business requirements. Analyze operational data using statistical techniques and present findings. Support workforce planning, reporting, and operational analytics initiatives. Create documentation to support reporting, analytics, and business processes. Recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process enhancements. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project progress effectively. Support onboarding, offboarding, and change requests related to Market Data services. Stay current with emerging analytics, reporting, automation, and AI technologies.
Core Technical Skills Required Skills 2–3 years of Business Analyst and Project Control Officer (PCO) experience. Strong experience with business requirements gathering and stakeholder management. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting, data analysis). Advanced Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with: Microsoft Planner Microsoft Project Other project tracking tools Experience creating dashboards, reports, and business analytics solutions. Strong data analysis, reporting, and visualization experience. Data cleansing and data quality management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Business Intelligence reporting tools. Project coordination and governance experience. Operational reporting and trend analysis. Statistical data analysis. Process improvement and workflow optimization. Documentation and reporting standards. Nice to Have Banking or Financial Services experience. Automation or implementation project experience. Exposure to AI technologies or AI-driven business solutions.

Qualifications Post-secondary degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience). 2–3 years of relevant Business Analysis and Project Control experience.
