A Day in the Life: The Manager, Financial Risk Management is responsible to develop, implement, manage and promote Farmer Risk Management Contracts to origination staff. They will increase producer engagement of risk management tools and create incremental revenue to Bunge. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and implement risk management contracts ( FRM ) in conjunction with the business unit and stakeholders Manage and promote risk management contracts to origination team and Bunge producers Provide training and contract support to Bunge origination team and their producer customers Coach both CAR’s and their producers on the risk mitigation opportunity as well as the contract risk on the producers with these contracts Analyze grain marketing practices, approaches and procedures to identify and optimize best FRM option to Bunge origination team Compile, analyze, interpret and communicate marketing intelligence to origination team and key customers Monitor all potential producers that would benefit from a FRM Monitor and track all outstanding FRM contracts, analyzing potential situations that could affect Bunge and its producers Support RMM's and MCGM to meet and exceed contracting, handling and revenue targets Elision between country origination team and merchandising to execute on FRM contract opportunities Build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders on risk management, trends and market opportunities Skills/Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years in grain marketing origination and sales. Post secondary degree in Business Administration/Commerce or Agriculture. Equivalent combinations of education and experience that results in the required level of knowledge, skill and competency will be considered. Business acumen and demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategies to drive country grain marketing knowledge and contracting programs Must possess superior analytic skills Strong communication and organization skills Will to travel extensively to work with origination team and key producers (50%) Bunge offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution and paid vacation/holidays.
