The DB Implementation Team at TELUS Health is a dynamic group of nearly 300 skilled and motivated professionals, working together to deliver the most competitive integrated systems solutions available. We design, implement, and support a comprehensive DB pension administration solution for large public sector clients.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together In this role, you will play a crucial role in delivering integrated pension administration solutions to large public sector clients. You will gather and analyze client requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of our comprehensive solution. You will work closely with solution architects, functional leads, developers, and quality assurance teams to create innovative solutions that meet complex business needs. This position offers extensive exposure to multiple business modules including Pension, Health & Welfare, Payroll, and Finance. What’s in it for you 100% work from home arrangement with travel requirements for essential meetings Long-term, enterprise-level project engagement with extensive exposure to multiple business modules (Pension, Health & Welfare, Payroll, Finance) Rich mix of internal and external client interactions and a dynamic, collaborative team driving innovation in our industry Comprehensive customizable benefits package to suit your unique needs and lifestyle Paid vacation days & well-being days as well as a well-being expense account to help maintain a better work/life balance Various investment options such as employee share purchase plan, group RRSP & TFSA, and DC pension plan Generous mental health support account to cover the cost of therapy/counseling sessions What you'll do: Gather and analyze client requirements for the implementation of our integrated solution Document business and operational needs within the context of implementation and workflow automation Evaluate and map business processes, aligning them with the data used across various pension plan management systems (e.g., payroll system, pension calculations, financial transactions, document management, telephony) Collaborate with solution architects, functional leads, and the development team to create and review new solutions Define testing scope and criteria and work closely with the quality assurance team during execution Contribute to the creation or redesign of reports and communications that support processes and procedures Provide ongoing follow-up with stakeholders regarding implemented changes You have: A degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant area, such as pension plan management, workflow management system implementation, or administrative process automation Proficiency in current computer technologies Experience in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite What you bring: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information, understand, systematize, and communicate technical concepts clearly Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Available to travel as needed Nice to Have: Experience with pension administration software systems Bilingualism would be considered an asset Salary Range: $58,100 - $107,900 CAD Annual Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
