SUMMARY As the Lead ERP Business Analyst, you will lead and grow our JDE business analysis function within the technology team, reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications. In this role, you'll manage a team of both in-house and contract business analysts, while working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and implement high-quality JDE EnterpriseOne business solutions and process improvements that drive business value. This includes involvement in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and other strategic project initiatives, in addition to ongoing JDE enhancements and operational support. You will be both hands-on and a people leader in this role — actively analyzing business requirements, documenting solutions, and supporting JDE processes while also guiding, mentoring, and managing the business analysts on your team. This dual technical and leadership position is ideal for a Lead ERP Business Analyst with strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset. PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE TEAM LEADERSHIP & CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT Lead, mentor, and manage ERP Business Analysts, setting priorities, quality standards, and fostering professional growth. Establish training programs, operating procedures, knowledge repositories, and documentation standards. Promote corporate culture, champion best practices, and support continuous learning and regulatory awareness. STRATEGIC PLANNING & BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to define the strategic direction, priorities, and roadmap for the JDE business analysis function. Lead M&A initiatives and strategic projects, including the integration and implementation of acquired businesses and new operating units. Manage complex cross-functional workloads through effective prioritization and stakeholder communication. BUSINESS ANALYSIS & SOLUTION DELIVERY Lead the analysis of complex business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending effective solutions. Oversee requirements gathering, documentation, and quality assurance to ensure consistency and completeness across projects. Collaborate with ERP development teams on solution design, development, testing, and implementation standards. GOVERNANCE, CHANGE MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT Oversee delivery of enhancements, change requests, system updates, and break-fix activities, including UAT approval and business sign-off. Ensure compliance with change-management policies related to security, production, database, scheduler, and application changes. Provide escalation support and hands-on troubleshooting for critical and complex system issues. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or accounting or other computer/business major. 10+ years of ERP experience, JDE Edwards preferred. Full ERP implementation and lifecycle experience. Deep, hands-on expertise in at least 2 of the following modules: Financials, Project Management (Job Cost), Distribution, and Manufacturing. Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team of business analysts is required. Advanced level of Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Macros, etc.) . Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong stakeholder management skills. Well-organized with strong ability to prioritize competing issues. Bilingual (French) is an asset. WHAT WE OFFER Expected Base Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 per year. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity and work location.
