We are looking for a billing technician who wants to grow in a stimulating, collaborative, and excellence-driven professional environment. In this role, you will play a key part in the firm’s billing cycle. Working closely with our professionals and administrative team, you will help ensure efficient, high-quality service for both local and international clients.

Responsibilities
Prepare and validate invoices in accordance with client agreements while ensuring compliance with their specific requirements Issue invoices and credit notes, and respond to inquiries from both internal and external clients Generate and submit invoices through various electronic billing platforms Perform data entry, updates, and revisions in the accounting system Collaborate with the Data Integrity team and occasionally assist with tasks such as updating client accounts with special billing arrangements and validating standard billing rates Participate in the preparation of various accounting analysis reports Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and the enhancement of our new billing system Perform tasks related to electronic billing (e-billing) Assist the Accounting team with various tasks as needed Carry out any other billing-related duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements And Skills
Diploma of Professional Education (DEP) or Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Accounting, Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a billing or accounting-related role Excellent command of French and a very good working knowledge of English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Experience working in a professional services environment (an asset) Knowledge of Billing App software (an asset) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management skills with the ability to complete tasks within established deadlines Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
