Role Description The Vice President of Operations Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operational activities across the organization. This role includes designing and implementing operational strategies, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and monitoring performance metrics to support business objectives. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage key projects and initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in processes, customer service delivery, and operational risk management. The Vice President will also play a central role in supporting revenue goals, aligning operations with strategic plans, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization and performance improvement. Proven experience in P&L Management and financial oversight to support strategic business decisions. Strong background in Customer Service and client relationship management within a technology or financial services context. Advanced skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. Relevant leadership experience in operations or related functions, preferably in financial technology or capital markets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is an asset. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team. Experience with high-performance computing environments, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks is beneficial.
