What You'll Do Meet virtually with clients who have requested information about benefits and coverage options. Connect with clients to understand their needs, goals, and family situations. Educate clients on the products and benefits available to them so they can make informed decisions. Present personalized solutions through virtual meetings using company-provided systems and training. Assist clients through the enrollment process and ensure they understand their coverage options. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing service and support. Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-up activities while working remotely. Use Zoom, phone, and other virtual tools to meet with clients and provide ongoing support. Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Work closely with leadership and team members to continue developing your skills and growing your business. Grow into leadership opportunities by mentoring and supporting new team members as you advance within the company.
What This Role Is Not No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. No purchasing leads or generating your own leads. No prior insurance or sales experience required. No cap on income or advancement opportunities.

Compensation This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your results, with additional long-term earnings available through residual income and renewals.
