About the role

About DT Global Asia Pacific At DT Global Asia Pacific, we aim to positively impact people’s lives through delivery excellence. As a leading implementing partner across Asia and the Pacific, we co-create locally led solutions in partnership with governments, communities, and stakeholders. We bring together talented teams and deep regional expertise to deliver initiatives that promote inclusive economic growth, essential services, and resilient, secure communities. With over 1,500 staff, experts in 22+ countries and more than 60 years of development experience, we tackle complex community, national and transnational challenges — from governance and justice systems to climate resilience, infrastructure and social equity — with innovative thinking and a commitment to long-term impact. For more information, please see www.dt-global.com Objectives of Role The BST Training Coordinator is the day-to-day focal point for program and corporate queries about using BST11 (project management and financial accounting software) across the Asia-Pacific region. The role will work closely with the BST Training & Global Implementation Lead to provide first-line support to program finance and corporate teams as they onboard to and operate BST11 and supports the delivery of BST11 training. Ideal for an emerging professional, this position combines hands-on delivery with a strong focus on providing high-quality support and service: the BST Training Coordinator resolves routine, ‘how-to’ and system-access queries directly — particularly around accounts payable / vendor invoice routing and payment generation — and escalates complex or unresolved issues to the BST Training & Global Implementation Lead. In doing so, the role frees the BST Training & Global Implementation Lead and technical team to focus on training delivery and complex problem-solving and helps sustain the pace of the program-by-program rollout. Scope of Role The BST Training Coordinator will: Act as the first point of contact for BST11 queries from program and corporate teams. Provide responsive, day-to-day support on transactional processes — particularly accounts payable / vendor invoice routing (VIR) and payment generation, journals, and project inquiries. Support the BST Training & Global Implementation Lead in preparing for and delivering training to corporate and program staff. Proactively monitor for stuck or unactioned items and follow up with users. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the BST Training & Global Implementation Lead, and technical / configuration issues to the IT Business & Data Systems Manager. Key Responsibilities First-line support and focal point Serve as the central first point of contact for day-to-day BST11 questions from program and corporate teams (system access, error messages, ‘how do I…’, process steps). Provide timely, practical support — with a focus on accounts payable / VIR, payment generation, journals and project inquiries. Triage and resolve routine issues directly; escalate complex, ambiguous or unresolved issues to the BST Training & Global Implementation Lead. Proactively monitor for stuck items (for example, vendor invoices sitting unactioned) and prompt users to complete them. Training support Support the BST Training & Global Implementation Lead in planning and delivering BST11 training to corporate and program staff (face-to-face and online), acting as a co-facilitator and hands-on helper during sessions. Assist participants with follow-up questions and practice in the test environment after training. Onboarding and migration support Support program onboarding during each migration phase — helping teams become comfortable and self-sufficient using BST11 after go-live. Assist with BST11 set-up and readiness tasks as directed (for example, supporting master-file preparation and access requests). Knowledge and self-service Maintain FAQs, quick-reference guides and job aids so common questions are answered consistently and users can self-serve. Feed recurring questions and issues back to the BST Training & Global Implementation Lead to improve training materials and processes. Continuous improvement and reporting Capture user feedback, common issues and lessons learned to inform training refinements and future rollout phases. Provide regular updates to the BST Training & Global Implementation Lead on support volumes, recurring issues and risks. Undertake other duties as assigned, consistent with the scope of the role.
