Compensation: Salary plus Commission and Bonus (P&C + LIFE - % of premium sold) 40,000 Starting Base ( negotiable depending on experience) plus Bonus and Commission- Earning Potential has no Cap Annual Bonus (subject to office qualification, etc.) Monthly and or quarterly team and Personal Production promotions and bonus 3 weeks vacation after 1 year Health Benefits Available RRSP match program available Potential for total compensation over 6 figures
Responsibilities Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client. Creates a climate of trust conducive to the sales and service of a Home, Auto , Business and or Life insurance policy. Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies. Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Requirements: Favorable Credit Score ( necessary for the Government Insurance Licensing Sponsorship) Sales and Customer Service experience Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Proactive in problem solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to multi-task Ability to make presentations to potential customers Property & Casualty license (OTL or RIBO license) or LLQP ( or be willing to obtain OTL prior to start) LLQP to be obtained within 3 months of start in order to service existing customers (all licensing fees to be paid by Agent on successful completion
