<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><b><strong>JOB OVERVIEW</strong></b></p><p>As a Plant Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting financial performance and decision-making at the Belleville plant. This role combines financial analysis with real-time operational insight, helping translate production activity into meaningful financial data. You'll work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, identify opportunities, and support overall plant performance.</p><p><b><strong>HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</strong></b></p><ul><li>Analyze daily production execution and identify variances to support plant performance and cost control.</li><li>Prepare and process biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy through collaboration with team leaders and plant partners.</li><li>Complete payroll-related journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.</li><li>Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis.</li><li>Assist with budget preparation and ongoing financial planning activities.</li><li>Analyze key P&L accounts and provide insights to support operational and financial decision-making.</li><li>Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to understand operational drivers of financial results.</li><li>Support continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within plant financial performance.</li></ul><p><br /><b><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels of the organization.</li></ul><p><br /><b><strong>Preferred:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Experience with SAP and financial systems.</li><li>Experience with payroll systems such as UKG/Kronos.</li><li>Exposure to manufacturing or plant operations environments.</li><li>Ability and willingness to spend time on the production floor to better understand operational drivers.</li></ul><p><br /><b><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong></b></p><ul><li>Primarily office-based role within a manufacturing plant environment.</li><li>Regular use of financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, time-sensitive deadlines, and changing business needs.</li><li>Opportunity to engage with production areas and cross-functional teams to support financial understanding and decision-making.</li></ul><p><br /><b><strong>Salary Range: $63,440 - 79,300</strong></b></p><p><i><em>At WK Kellogg Co, our success depends on our most vital asset - our people.
