Designed for top-tier 2027 graduates, you will earn your CPA designation through hands-on rotations, benefit from mentorship from CPA mentors and senior leaders, and receive dedicated financial and study support for your CPA education journey. This 30-month program (including vacation and study time leave) will follow structured work plans that are in the process of being approved by CPA Ontario. These work plans ensure your tasks and responsibilities align with the competency requirements needed to achieve your CPA designation. The RBC CPA Rotational Program offers you the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of functions within the bank, which include opportunities with Internal Audit and Finance. During each rotation, you will develop new skills, gain exposure to different areas of the bank and build the experience needs to support your CPA journey and future career at RBC. What will you do? You will follow structured work and rotation plans which may include: Delivering high quality assurance and advisory services to our internal clients Diving into controllership, forecasting, financial reporting, management accounting and performance management Take advantage of our professional education preparation initiatives through study programs and practical work experience Gain in-depth, specialized training in the diversified financial services industry supported by mentorship and guidance from a strong network of peers and senior leaders Be partnered with a mentor at RBC who is a CPA professional and will support you throughout the program in your completion of the CPA competencies Please note: To be considered for this opportunity, those selected for final interview rounds must be available to attend an in-person interview on September 4, 2026, in Toronto. What do you need to succeed? Education & Availability: You must be entering your final year of a Bachelor’s, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Master’s program, and be available to start in October 2027 Strong academic record: On track to complete CPA Professional Program admission requirements before the start date (including a recognized degree, at least 120 credit hours, and a minimum 70% GPA). Successfully complete the Knowledge Assessment or CPA Qualifying Courses Leadership Skills: Demonstrated diverse range of leadership activities, such as student club involvement and financial case competitions. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Proven relationship-building experience, conflict resolution and teamwork skills Interview Availability: Final interview rounds will take place in Toronto on September 4, 2026.
