Job Description: MUST-HAVE Hard Skills: Figma – 5 years Experience presenting design work to non-design stakeholders (product, business SMEs etc). Comfort navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and stakeholder feedback without over‑indexing on consensus. Ability to take direction, synthesize feedback, and iterate quickly. Strong organizational skills (documentation, versioning, decision tracking). Experience translating business problems into design opportunities, not just executing handed‑off requirements. Understanding of how digital experiences support banking value chains (e.g., acquisition → engagement → advice → retention). Using research, analytics, heuristics, or prior learnings to inform decisions. AI tools – figma, figma AI, Claud design NICE-TO-HAVE 1.) Copilot
