We're looking for a Business Analyst - IT & Financial Systems to join our team in Calgary, AB and play a key role in improving the technology, processes, and systems that support our operations across 39 branch locations and thousands of employees across Canada.

What You'll Do
Partner with Finance, Operations, and Branch leaders to understand business needs and deliver solutions. Analyze, map, and improve business processes across PTW's operations. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase automation, including invoice automation and AP/AR processes. Support ERP and financial system improvements, including integrations between operational and accounting systems. Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements for IT teams. Define reporting and dashboard requirements to support better business decisions. Participate in system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects. Support user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and change management. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technology.
What You Bring
3-5 years of Business Analyst experience in IT, business systems, or process improvement. Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience supporting financial, accounting, or ERP systems. Experience with invoice automation and AP/AR process improvements. Strong business process analysis, workflow mapping, and documentation skills. Experience working with system integrations and data flows. Experience with ERP implementations is an asset. Knowledge of job costing, project accounting, or branch operations is an asset. Experience with Power BI, SQL, or reporting tools is an asset. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different areas of the business. Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
