<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><b><strong>Office Manager Assistant (Sales + Admin/Accounting Hybrid)</strong></b></p><p>Stagefab Custom Manufacturing Inc. is a small, tight-knit business serving a niche market of clients in the fabrication of materials and supplies to the Film and Entertainment Industries. We are looking for a key role in our office - someone that can manage working in both customer sales and also on the administrative side in our small office. This is a perfect role for someone who wants stability in their job, enjoys variety in their day-to-day role and can jump in to help the rest of the team where needed. This is an in-office role with stable Monday - Friday hours.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Duties:</strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Sales Support (50%)</strong></b></p><ul><li>Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for customers</li><li>Help put together rental quotes and small sales orders</li><li>Coordinate with the warehouse and production team to keep things moving</li><li>Keep clients informed and taken care of</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Admin & Accounting (50%)</strong></b></p><ul><li>Prepare invoices, process payments, and keep things organized</li><li>Support bookkeeping tasks and internal tracking</li><li>Manage order entry, purchasing and documentation</li><li>Help keep everything aligned between sales, accounting, and operations</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Qualifications:</strong></b></p><ul><li>3+ years in an admin, office, or sales support role</li><li>Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and on top of things</li><li>Comfortable talking to customers and working behind the scenes</li><li>Basic accounting knowledge (invoices, payments, etc.)</li><li>Strong communication skills (clear, friendly, and professional)</li></ul></div></div>
