About the role
Position Details: Title: Full-Stack Developer_.NET and Angular Duration: 1 year (possible extension) Location: Hybrid- Toronto, ON- (in-office on Thursdays and 5 days/month onsite) Interview Times: One Round- In-person Compensation: $60- $65/hour
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and enhance multi-tier applications Extend SQL Server database structures to capture pledging and repo trade information. Build reporting capabilities to track pledged collateral and reconcile repo trades. Collaborate with Treasury stakeholders to understand trade flows, loan pledging, and repo transactions. Perform unit testing, development testing, integrated testing, and support UAT. Support BAU initiatives and application enhancements as prioritized by the business. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
Required Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer- C# & .NET (backend) Angular frontend (version 22 preferred) Experienced with Azure services. Experience building and supporting multi-tier applications and APIs. Prior banking experience. Extremely adaptable and able to learn new systems quickly. Understanding of trading concepts, particularly loans, collateral, and repos.
Nice-to-Have: Prior experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, or Financial Services. Hands-on experience with Databricks. Experience leveraging GitHub Copilot for development.
