emergiTEL is hiring a Solution Architect – Salesforce for my client in the financial services industry.
Hourly Rate: $120-$130/hr
Job Description As our client's next Solution Architect – Salesforce, you will provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and governing Salesforce solutions and related CRM technologies across the enterprise. You will bridge business needs, IT capabilities, vendor solutions, and governance requirements to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce architectures that align with organizational goals and enhance client experiences.
Accountabilities Lead the design of scalable Salesforce solution architectures, including custom development, configuration, integrations, and Salesforce-adjacent platforms. Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange. Partner with project management and product delivery teams to define technical requirements, identify risks, and ensure successful project execution. Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, implementation, integration best practices, and platform governance. Collaborate with engineering, security, data, and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards. Develop and maintain long-term architectural roadmaps that support evolving business capabilities and strategic priorities. Evaluate and recommend Salesforce modules, tools, and technologies to support current and future CRM initiatives. Establish and promote architecture standards, design patterns, governance frameworks, and best practices across the organization. Share knowledge and mentor architecture and engineering teams to improve technical consistency and operational efficiency. Incorporate cybersecurity, risk management, fraud prevention, and compliance requirements into all solution designs. Balance competing priorities while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality architectural solutions.
Technical & Professional Experience Extensive experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture, including Salesforce configuration, customization, development, deployment, and enterprise integrations. Strong expertise with Salesforce Core, Data Cloud (Data 360), and AgentForce components. Experience designing and implementing API integrations, middleware solutions, security best practices, data migration, and data synchronization. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, systems integration, and scalable application design. Experience working across cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, data, product, and business stakeholders. Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, architecture standards, and solution design best practices. Demonstrated ability to evaluate technology solutions and recommend platforms that support long-term business objectives. Strong consulting, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries is considered an asset. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform is an asset. Demonstrated ability to balance strategic architectural planning with tactical project delivery.
Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Certifications One or more of the following certifications are considered an asset: Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Certified System Architect Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Salesforce Platform Developer Certification(s) TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification
