Role Description This full-time remote Insurance Agent role is responsible for helping working families understand and select appropriate insurance products that meet their financial protection needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual consultations, explaining coverage options, and assisting clients in completing applications and policy changes. The Insurance Agent will manage a personal pipeline of leads, follow up with prospects and existing policyholders, and maintain accurate records in company systems. The role also involves ongoing training, staying informed about product updates and industry standards, and collaborating with team members and leadership to meet sales and service objectives.
Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively present products and close policies. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Insurance products and Finance to guide clients in making informed decisions. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to address client questions, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct professional virtual meetings. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Basic proficiency with digital tools, online meeting platforms, and CRM or lead management systems. Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred but not required; licensing eligibility is necessary. Ability to meet applicable licensing and regulatory requirements in relevant provinces.
