Position Overview
Gathers, analyzes and documents business requirements for various system changes on all platforms supported by the Information Services Operations Team. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to assist the business with system solutions
Responsibilities
Analyze and document project and project support requests and update documents throughout the life cycle ensuring accurate document requirements are documented. Convert the business need into clear, concise and verifiable system business requirements by working with senior level management to gather requirements and conducting interview sessions in order to elicit and identify the business problems. Responsible for updating Project Manager of project status and issues in order to determine which issues need to be escalated to the supervisor. Supports and mentors peers as well as business users on application queries. Complete BA fields in Change Synergy tool and web timesheet. Facilitate between the user groups and IS business groups by scheduling walkthroughs with users and IS development and QA teams.
Qualifications
Undergrad degree in a technology discipline 7 - 10 years of relevant business or IS experience Strong knowledge of resource planning Strong attention to detail Well organized with effective time management skills Exceptional client service orientation and commitment to meeting the expectations of internal and external clients.

Job Specific Competencies
The base salary range for this position is between $84,000 - $126,000 dependent on relevant experience. Please note, our recruitment process may include the use of AI-assisted tools. This role is for an existing opening.
