Job Description
Sales Professional - Equity Broking & Financial Services
Altius Investech is seeking highly motivated Sales Professionals to join our team specializing in mutual funds, equity broking, private equity, unlisted shares, structured products, and ESOP shares. This role offers an excellent opportunity in a challenging yet rewarding sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new clients for our offerings across mutual funds, equity broking, and financial services Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs to provide tailored solutions Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and products Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Qualifications
Graduate degree; professional qualifications like CA, CFA or MBA preferred Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services Excellent communication, interpersonal and rapport-building abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and driven to meet sales goals Proficiency in relevant software and technology
Compensation & Benefits:

Objectives:
To promote sustainable agricultural practices through the adoption of Low External Input Sustainable Agriculture (LEISA) techniques in West Bengal, empowering farmers to increase productivity, reduce dependency on chemical inputs, and improve environmental and economic resilience.
Impact Target:
Improved Food Security: Empowering farmers with knowledge and tools to practice environmentally sustainable agriculture, minimizing the use of chemical inputs, and enhancing soil health. Economic Empowerment of Farmers: Improving farm productivity through cost-effective and eco-friendly farming practices, leading to better income and financial stability for small and marginal farmers. Enhanced Agricultural Biodiversity: Promoting crop diversification and agroecological practices to enhance biodiversity and resilience against climate change. Reduction in Environmental Footprint: Decreasing the use of harmful chemical fertilizers and pesticides, leading to improved soil quality, water conservation, and reduced pollution. Increased Knowledge and Capacity Building: Providing farmers with training, workshops, and support to build their capacity to implement LEISA practices and improve their farming techniques and build community resilience.
