Education: Master's degree. Tasks: Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities in order to optimize financial performance. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Advise senior management. Perform human resources related duties such as personnel selection. Manage cash. Oversee payroll administration. Prepare financial statements and reports.
