Role Overview
Consulting / business support to our direct and indirect client base Responsible for sound consulting principles on customer assignments Provide suggestions for product improvement, efficiency etc… Continually provide 100% service excellence to all customers Work together as a cohesive team member providing support for other BSCM associates as required Respond to all clients within allowable OLA agreement timelines
Role Responsibilities
Business & Fund Change Management:
Manage the review, prioritization, assignment of the daily flow of requests from the Client & Operations teams Intercept, research and resolve requests as applicable Manage client and BSCM documentation Client communication as assigned Project/Implementation plans / documentation as assigned Provide Client service support to the Client Account Teams and Operations Ad-hoc environment setup Upkeep of implementation utilities, department process / procedures, and checklists
Project Management Of All Initiatives Taken On By Analyst
Fund Mergers /Roll overs / Conversions Activation of Functionality Includes setup, testing and implementation Direct Client Meeting management for new ideas and how to accomplish client goals Complicated Fund Launches Fund Re-organizations and re-structure Code testing as required SOW/HLE Creation and Support Tasks that require an advanced skill set to deliver and cannot be accomplished within day to day operation. New fund setup / modifications
Minimum Qualifications
Critical
Maintain logs to track issues, action items, risks, queries and solutions Assists project team in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes. Coordinate the collection and filing of project documentation in the project repository. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Excellent customer relationship skills. Analytical skills – able to analyze and solve problems. Ability to identify, document and recommend solutions to business problems with accuracy. Superior research and information gathering skills. Innovative – seeks out innovative solutions and champions continuous improvement. Initiative – takes independent action and goes beyond what the job or situation requires. Solid knowledge iFAST, iFAST Web Plus, APIs, AWD, Datamarts, and other IFDS Systems. Excellent client focus as required to obtain business information and assist in solving problems. Prioritization – ability to organize workflow in order to accomplish multiple and changing priorities within specified timeframe. Results oriented – Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range
Pay Range (CAD $): 74,000 - 93,000
The above reflects an industry-benchmarked target compensation range. The salary offered may vary based upon the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, and other specific business needs.
